On September 10, 2014, The Men’s Wearhouse, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share on the Company’s common stock, payable on December 26, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 16, 2014.
