Item 5.02. | Departure of Directors or Principal Officers. |
On March 31, 2020, Orthofix Medical Inc. (the “Company”) and Michael M. Finegan determined that Mr. Finegan would depart as an employee and executive officer of the Company as of July 4, 2020. Pursuant to the Change in Control and Severance Agreement entered into by the Company and Mr. Finegan on November 1, 2016, Mr. Finegan will be entitled to receive the “Severance Amount” and “Accrued Amounts” described in Section 3 thereof. The Company has expressed its gratitude to Mr. Finegan for his many years of dedicated and loyal service to the Company.
