On February 23, 2017, Cott Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2016. On February 23, 2017, the Company announced that the Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.06 per common share, payable in cash on March 29, 2017 to shareowners of record at the close of business on March 14, 2017.
