On October 22, 2007, Focus Enhancements, Inc. (the “Company”) Board of Directors scheduled the Company’s 2007 annual meeting of stockholders for December 21, 2007. The close of business on November 8, 2007 has been set as the record date. All stockholders as of the record date will be entitled to vote at the annual meeting of stockholders.
