Effective August 3, 2011, our agreements with Miami-Dade County for the two primary office buildings we lease at the Port of Miami were amended to, among other things, extend the term of each lease to March 31, 2021, with an option exercisable by us to renew for two additional five year periods.
The foregoing description of the lease amendments is summary in nature and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full and complete terms of the amendments, copies of which are filed herewith as Exhibits 10.1 and 10.2 and incorporated herein by reference.
