Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 21, 2014, we issued a press release announcing that we and Ctrip.com International Ltd. have agreed to form a strategic partnership through SkySea Cruises, a joint venture which is designed to serve the Chinese cruise market. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
