ICA ANNOUNCES THE FILING OF FORM 20-F
Mexico City, June 15, 2009 – Empresas ICA, S.A.B de C.V. (BMV and NYSE: ICA) announced today that that on June 12, 2009, ICA filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2008 (the “2008 Annual Report”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). The 2008 Annual Report can be accessed by visiting either the SEC’s website at www.sec.gov or ICA’s website at www.ica.com.mx. In addition, shareholders may receive a hard copy of ICA’s complete financial statements free of charge by requesting a copy within a reasonable period of time from the ICA's Investor Relations Office.
