Mexico City, August 06, 2013 - Empresas ICA, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV and NYSE: ICA), the largest infrastructure and construction company in Mexico, announced today’s completion of the sale of its stake – Series A shares – in Red de Carreteras de Occidente, S.A.B. de C.V. (“RCO”).
The amount received was approximately Ps. 5,073 million, which will be applied mainly for corporate short-term debt repayment.
ICA will continue to provide operation services to RCO.
