On April 2, 2014, the Anchor Bancorp Wisconsin Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release relating to the announcement by AnchorBank, fsb, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (“AnchorBank”), that AnchorBank’s Consent Orders with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency had been terminated.
