On April 27, 2010, American Locker Group Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference, announcing that James T. Vanasek had resigned as a Director and Graeme L. Jack had been appointed as a Director to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Vanasek’s resignation.
