Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On May 2, 2008, George Paz, President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Express Scripts, Inc. (the “Company”), sold a total of 238,400 shares of the Company's stock, including shares owned and shares issued upon the exercise of previously granted stock options. The included shares and option grants represent less than seventeen percent of Mr. Paz’s current holdings in Express Scripts.
