Explanation of Responses:

1. Consists of Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") granted as part of the long-term incentive award for fiscal 2024, which will vest in four equal annual installments beginning on January 2, 2024.

2. Consists of Performance Stock Units ("PSUs") earned under the first tranche of the PSU award granted as part of the long-term incentive award for fiscal 2023 based on achievement of performance goals for the one-fiscal-year period ended July 1, 2023, as certified by the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee on August 29, 2023. The PSUs are scheduled to vest at the end of the award period on June 28, 2025.

3. Includes 11,322 shares underlying RSUs allocated but not yet vested or delivered and 1,917 shares underlying PSUs earned but not yet vested or delivered.
