Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Ms. Melissa Greenwell has been appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of the Company effective February 28, 2016. Ms. Greenwell currently serves as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, a position she has held since June 2013. Ms. Greenwell formerly served the Company as Vice President and Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
In connection with Ms. Greenwell’s appointment, the Company and Ms. Greenwell entered into an Employment Agreement, a copy of which is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
