Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
As previously announced by Ligand Pharmaceuticals Incorporated (the “Company”), members of the Company’s management team will present at a virtual Investor Day event via webcast on October 20, 2020. In connection with the presentation, the Company announces that based on preliminary unaudited financial information, the Company expects Captisol revenue to be approximately $23.0 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2020.
The information in this Item 2.02 hereto is unaudited and preliminary, and does not present all information necessary for an understanding of the Company’s financial condition as of September 30, 2020 and its results of operations for the three months ended September 30, 2020.
