On March 13, 2023, Superior Energy Services, Inc. (the “Company”) began mailing its Notice of Annual Meeting of Stockholders and Proxy Statement (the “Proxy Statement”) for the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of the Company to be held on April 12, 2023 (the “Annual Meeting”). The Proxy Statement and the proxy card for the Annual Meeting are attached as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are incorporated herein by reference.
