Operational Update
The Company has also determined to wind down its hydraulic fracturing business and will discontinue hydraulic fracturing operations. Results from this service line will be reflected as discontinued operations when the Company announces its fourth quarter results. The Company will exit this business and expects cash generated from potential future sales of assets used in this business to be used to reduce debt. Also during the fourth quarter of 2019, the Company soldnon-core assets for approximately $42 million, approximately $24 million of which is expected to be received early in the first quarter of 2020.
