On June 29, 2016, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. announced that the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System did not object to its 2016 capital plan, which includes the repurchase of outstanding common stock, an increase to its quarterly common stock dividend and the possible issuance and redemption of other capital securities.
