On August 30, 2016, the Management Development, Compensation and Stock Option Committee (the “Committee”) of the Board of Directors of Perceptron, Inc. (the “Company”) approved the Company’s Fiscal 2017 Executive Short Term and Long Term Incentive Plans (the “Plans”). All Company officers, including the named executive officers, other than W. Richard Marz, employed on or before December 31, 2016, are eligible to participate in the Plans.
Written descriptions of the Plans have been filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report Form 8-K and are incorporated herein by reference.
