Empire Petroleum Corporation (the “Company”) has prepared presentation materials dated November 2021 that management intends to use for discussions with investors from time to time. These materials will be available on the Company’s website, https://empirepetroleumcorp.com, under the “Events & Presentations” caption under “Investor Relations” on November 2, 2021.
The Company intends to use its website as a means of disclosing material non-public information and for complying with its disclosure obligations under Regulation FD. Such disclosures will be included on the Company’s website in the “Investor Relations” sections.
