Calabasas Hills, CA — August 24, 2007 — The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (Nasdaq: CAKE) today announced the opening of its 127th Cheesecake Factory restaurant at the Woodland Hills Mall in Tulsa, Oklahoma on August 23, 2007.  The restaurant contains approximately 10,200 square feet and 285 seats.
