Calabasas Hills, CA — December 4, 2007 — The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (NASDAQ: CAKE) today announced the opening of its 139th Cheesecake Factory restaurant at the Anaheim Garden Walk in Anaheim, California on December 3, 2007. The restaurant contains approximately 10,900 square feet and 300 seats. The opening marks the Company’s 20th new restaurant opened in fiscal 2007.
