On January 16, 2009, The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (the “Company”) awarded discretionary bonuses under the Company’s Amended and Restated Performance Incentive Plan to each of Debby R. Zurzolo and Cheryl M. Slomann. Each bonus awarded was in the amount of $25,000 and was approved by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company.
