On August 14, 2013, LTC Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the death of Andre C. Dimitriadis, founder and Executive Chairman of the Board.
A copy of the press release announcing the passing of Mr. Dimitriadis is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
