Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On August 17, 2006, Premier issued a press release announcing its resumption of quarterly cash dividends to common stock shareholders. At its regularly scheduled August 16, 2006 meeting, the board of directors declared a $0.05 per share dividend to common shareholders of record on September 15, 2006. The cash dividend will be paid to shareholders on September 29, 2006, the last business day of the quarter.
