Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On June 3, 2014, Premier issued a press release announcing a quarterly cash dividend to its common shareholders. At its regularly scheduled May 2014 meeting, the board of directors declared a $0.12 per share cash dividend to common shareholders. Shareholders of record on June 16, 2014 will be eligible for the cash dividend which will be paid to shareholders on June 30, 2014.
