1. On February 23, 2024, Ms. Seeger sold an aggregate of 5,261 shares of FTI Consulting, Inc. common stock. For reporting purposes, the sales prices within a $1 range have been aggregated and the weighted average sales price has been reported. The price ranges were: $214.88 - $215.87. The Company maintains a record of the transactions and copies will be provided upon request.

2. On February 23, 2024, Ms. Seeger sold an aggregate of 3,573 shares of FTI Consulting, Inc. common stock. For reporting purposes, the sales prices within a $1 range have been aggregated and the weighted average sales price has been reported. The price ranges were: $216.00 - $216.91. The Company maintains a record of the transactions and copies will be provided upon request.

3. On February 23, 2024, Ms. Seeger sold an aggregate of 1,200 shares of FTI Consulting, Inc. common stock. For reporting purposes, the sales prices within a $1 range have been aggregated and the weighted average sales price has been reported. The price ranges were: $217.03 - $217.84. 4. On February 23, 2024, Ms. Seeger sold an aggregate of 3,434 shares of FTI Consulting, Inc. common stock. For reporting purposes, the sales prices within a $1 range have been aggregated and the weighted average sales price has been reported. The price ranges were: $219.63 - $220.54. 5. On February 23, 2024, Ms. Seeger sold an aggregate of 1,078 shares of FTI Consulting, Inc. common stock. For reporting purposes, the sales prices within a $1 range have been aggregated and the weighted average sales price has been reported. The price ranges were: $220.76 - $221.34.
