(b)(c)On September 16, 2010, the Company announced the appointment of Mason Slaine to serve as Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Slaine succeeds Raymond D’Arcy, who had served as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer since March 2009. Mr. D’Arcy will serve as Vice Chairman of the Company. Mr. Slaine previously served as Executive Chairman of the Company. Mr. Slaine also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.
