The sole purpose of this Form 8-K/A is to correct the text of a paragraph in one footnote, and two dollar amounts in another footnote, to the consolidated balance sheet of Kinder Morgan G.P., Inc. and subsidiaries as of December 31, 2006, originally filed on March 21, 2007. Neither the balance sheet nor any other notes thereto are affected by the changes.
