EXPLANATORY NOTE
On May 5, 2023, the Company reported the receipt of a formal notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) that the Company has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5450(a) (1), which requires the Company’s American Depositary Shares to maintain a minimum closing bid price of $1.00 per share for 10 consecutive business days.
