On May 14, 2010, Allbritton Communications Company announced that it had received and accepted for purchase an additional $10,000 aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 7 3/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2012 in accordance with its offer to purchase dated April 14, 2010.
