On Monday, July 29, 2013, the Company announced that the Allbritton family has entered into an agreement, dated as of July 28, 2013, to sell the stock of its parent company, Perpetual Corporation and the equity interest of an affiliate, Charleston Television, LLC to the Sinclair Broadcast Group. A copy of the press release issued by the Company on July 29, 2013 is filed as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
