On July 14, 2014, Allbritton Communications Company (the “Company”) announced that it has extended the expiration date of its previously announced tender offer (the “Tender Offer”) for any and all of its outstanding 8% Senior Notes due May 15, 2018 (the “Notes”). The principal purpose of the Tender Offer is to acquire any and all of the outstanding Notes. A copy of the press release announcing the extension of the expiration date of the Tender Offer is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
