2. The option for 23,061 shares vested in increments of one third annually beginning on the first anniversary of the April 27, 2018 date of grant.

3. The shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $273.17 to $274.13, inclusive. This amount represents the weighted average sale price of such transactions.
