Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 29, 2017, Semtech Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire AptoVision Technologies Inc., a privately-held provider of uncompressed, zero-frame latency, Video over IP solutions addressing the exciting Pro AV market. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
