On September 27, 2010, PrivateBancorp, Inc. (the "Company") announced that it will webcast live its quarterly conference call regarding its earnings results for the quarter ended September 30, 2010. The call will be held on October 26, 2010 at 11 a.m. ET (10 a.m. CT). Attached as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the press release relating to the conference call, which is incorporated herein by reference.
