Item 8.01 Other Events
On June 18, 2013 Taubman Centers, Inc. (the "Company") invited investors and the general public to listen to a live webcast of its Investor Day, taking place on Thursday, June 20, 2013, in New York City. The event will feature a detailed review of the Company's development program in the U.S. and Asia. The presentations will begin at 8:15 a.m. EDT and will conclude at 5:30 p.m. EDT. The session will be available via live webcast at www.taubman.com under “Investing/Events and Presentations.” An online replay will not be provided.
