On August 14, 2017, AMERI Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), filed its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2017. A copy of the press release dated August 18, 2017 announcing the Company’s financial results is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
