Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointments of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On November 10, 2020, OFTC, Inc. a subsidiary of Service Corporation International (SCI) notified its named executive officers that their employment agreements were being extended to December 31, 2021. The named executive officers and the material terms of their employment agreements are summarized in SCI’s Proxy Statement filed March 27, 2020, under “Executive Compensation Tables” and “Further Executive Compensation Practices and Policies”, which are incorporated by reference herein.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On November 11, 2020, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of twenty-one cents per share of common stock. This represents a 10.5% increase from the previous quarterly dividend paid of nineteen cents per share.
