Star Equity Fund, LP (“Star Equity Fund”), together with the other participants named herein, has filed a definitive proxy statement and accompanying WHITE proxy card with the Securities and Exchange Commission to be used to solicit votes for the election of its slate of highly-qualified director nominees at the 2023 annual meeting of shareholders of Servotronics, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
On May 19, 2023, Star Equity Fund issued an investor presentation titled “Our Plan for Change at Servotronics, Inc.,” a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
