Explanation of Responses:

1. Grant of restricted stock as the annual stock retainer under the Servotronics, Inc. Non-Employee Director Compensation Program and the Company's 2022 Equity Incentive Plan. These shares of restricted stock will vest one-half on the date of the regularly scheduled quarterly board meeting to review the financial statements for the quarter ended December 31, 2022 and one-half on the date of the 2023 annual meeting.
