On April 4, 2023, the Company issued a press release titled “Servotronics Announces Strategic Vision to Maximize Long-Term Shareholder Value” A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
On April 4, 2023, the Company made available on the investor relations section of the Company’s website an updated investor presentation that includes information regarding the Company’s strategic plan, business segment performance and long-term outlook. A copy of the investor presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
