At the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on July 3, 2012, the shareholders (i) elected the four director nominees (ii) approved the adoption of the Servotronics, Inc. 2012 Long-Term Incentive Plan and (iii) ratified the appointment of Freed Maxick CPAs, P.C. as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the 2012 fiscal year.
