Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
Effective October 20, 2007, Bradford Lamb resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Lamb’s resignation is not in connection with any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to our operations, policies, or practices. Mr. Lamb was a member of the audit committee and the compensation committee. On the same date, the Board appointed Clinton J. Everton to fill the vacancy for the remainder of Mr. Lamb’s term. Mr. Everton has not yet been appointed to any committees.
