Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On March 2, 2021, the directors acted to change the name of the company to Nano Magic Holdings Inc. and the certificate of incorporation was amended on that date to reflect the change.
