Item 8.01 – Other Events.
Regain compliance to NASDAQ Listing Rule 5250(c)(1)
On December 16, 2013, the Company was notified by The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC, that it has regained compliance with NASDAQ Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) for continued listing and the matter is now closed. On December 12, 2013, the Company filed its Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2013, which permitted the Company to regain compliance with NASDAQ Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) for continued listing.
