Sirna Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) announced on Tuesday, September 7, 2004 that the Company has filed an Investigational New Drug (IND) application with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration to begin trials of Sirna-027 in patients with age-related macular degeneration (AMD).
