Item 2.02. Results of Operation and Financial Condition
On August 9, 2005, Action Performance Companies, Inc. issued a press release reporting that it revised its third fiscal quarter results by reversing an after-tax $0.5 million charge included in its loss from discontinued operations as reported in its press release dated August 2, 2005. A copy of the August 9, 2005 press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference in this item 2.02.
