On November 14, 2019, Chart Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) posted a slide presentation on its investor relations website. Company management is using this slide presentation in connection with an investor day presentation on November 14, 2019. The presentation includes historical segment data reflecting the Company’s four operating segments. Pursuant to Regulation FD, a copy of the slide presentation is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
The presentation will be broadcast live over the internet and the web cast and presentation slides can be accessed through the Company’s website, www.chartindustries.com.
