On September 14, 2016, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas entered an order confirming the Plan of Reorganization of Warren Resources, Inc. and Its Affiliated Debtors (as amended and supplemented, the “Plan”). On October 5, 2016, the Plan became effective pursuant to its terms. Upon effectiveness of the Plan, all previously issued equity securities of Warren Resources, Inc., including the securities listed in this Form 15, were cancelled and extinguished.
