Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On November 14, 2023, Joseph C. Hete, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Michael L. Berger, the President, and Quint O. Turner, the Chief Financial Officer, of Air Transport Services Group, Inc. ("ATSG"), will be giving a presentation and participating in one-on-one meetings with investors at the Stephens Annual Investment Conference being held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. During the presentation and one-on-one meetings, Messrs. Hete, Berger and Turner will discuss ATSG's business model and growth strategy, utilizing the written presentation attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
The presentation is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Central time. ATSG will offer a live audio webcast of the presentation via a link on the investor relations page of its website, www.atsginc.com/investors. A replay of the webcast presentation will be available via the same website after the conclusion of the event.
